- Power Automate - Microsoft Power Automate (formerly known as Microsoft Flow) is a cloud-based service that allows users to automate workflows across various applications and services. With Power Automate, users can create automated processes, such as sending notifications, collecting data, and synchronizing files, without coding or advanced technical skills.
- Power Virtual Agents - Respond rapidly to your customer and employee needs using intelligent chatbots built with Power Virtual Agents.
