As part of our 3 Month After-Training Support, we’re committed to providing timely and helpful responses to all support inquiries.

Response Time Commitment:

  • Initial Response: We aim to respond to all support emails within 4 hours during business hours.
  • After-Hours & Weekends: Emails received outside business hours will be responded to within 12 hours.

Q: What does the 3-month support include?

A: You’ll have access to our support via our dedicated support email.   We’re here to help with anything related to your training — from clarifying concepts to troubleshooting real-world applications.

Q: Do I need to sign up separately for this support?

A: No additional sign-up is required. Once your training is complete, your support period begins automatically.

Q: Can I get help with topics not covered in my training?

A: Our support is focused on helping you apply what you’ve learned. If you need help beyond that scope, we’ll do our best to guide you or recommend additional resources.
