About:  This course is a comprehensive three-day program designed to equip participants with the skills and knowledge needed to deliver effective training sessions. The course covers various aspects of training, including defining successful training programs, understanding different audiences, and exploring the characteristics of a successful trainer. Participants will also learn about the principles of adult learning, different learning styles, and the training process, which includes performing a needs analysis, developing objectives, and planning interactive programs. Additionally, the course addresses presentation skills, dealing with difficult trainees, and on-the-job training, culminating in participants presenting their short training programs and creating a personal action plan.

Learning objectives will include:
