How long are your training sessions?

Our Business User training sessions are offered with various time options. We know that many attendees cannot attend a full day at one time for a class, so we have options to break down the content into shorter time durations.   Sessions can be 60 Minutes, 90 minutes, 3 hours, or full-day (6 Hours). Review scheduling options

Our IT Pro Classes (Microsoft Technical curriculum classes) range in duration from 1 day – 5 days

What are the standard class times for a full-day session?

9:00 am - 4:00 pm, with 1 hour for lunch and a 15 min break in the morning and afternoon. Review other scheduling options

What are your payment terms?

The course fee is due and payable within thirty (30) days after the course start date. We accept cheques, credit cards or bank-transfer.

How do you issue invoices?

Invoices are sent after the session by email to the designated contact or contacts.

What are your cancellation policies?

We do not impose any penalty if the customer notifies their Account Coordinator of the need to cancel or reschedule 10 business days before the course's scheduled start date. Full Payment will be required if under 10 business days.

Are all your classes held virtually?

Most sessions are still being held virtually via MS Teams or Zoom. We do have the ability to come on-site if requested.

Do you have trainers that can deliver sessions in French?

Yes, we have bilingual trainers who can deliver sessions in French.

Where are your trainers located?

Our trainers are all based in Canada.

Will we be able to meet/know who the trainer is before scheduling a session?

Yes, meeting with our instructors before delivery will ensure the experience is tailored to meet unique business objectives.

Is the training program scalable?

Yes, we are able to accommodate different group sizes, skill level and evolving demands to ensure long-term relevance and the best utilization of your budget. We also offer micro-videos for post-course supplemental training and onboarding.

Is feedback provided after the session?

Yes, we can provide a fully customizable evaluation form to gather the data you feel is relevant.

Why don’t you list your clients on your website?

We are committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of our clients. In keeping with this commitment, we do not publicly disclose client names or organizations on our website. Do you provide post training support?

We provide post-training support to participants who have completed our hands-on training sessions within the Microsoft 365 business user course offerings.
