Important:  Copilot in Outlook is only available if you use a work or school account and the new Outlook for Windows or Outlook on the web.  Update:  Copilot in classic Outlook for Windows is already available for most customers in Current Channel or Monthly Enterprise Channel.

About:  This training course is designed to help users effectively use Copilot with Outlook. Participants will learn how to use Copilot to draft emails, manage calendars, and handle tasks within Outlook. By the end of the course, participants will be well-equipped to leverage Copilot with Outlook to enhance their productivity and streamline their workflow.

License Requirements:  To complete exercises in this course, each student must have access to a Microsoft 365 subscription (BYOS), licensed to use Copilot for Microsoft 365. Each student must also have a OneDrive account since Copilot requires OneDrive to complete the file-sharing tasks.

Audience Profile:  This course is ideal for professionals who frequently use Outlook daily and want to enhance their productivity with Copilot. It’s suitable for individuals at all levels of an organization, including administrative staff, managers, executives, and IT professionals.

Prerequisites: Participants should have prior experience with Outlook, a basic understanding of computer operations, and familiarity with the Windows operating system.
