Copilot for Microsoft 365 - This premium add-on license will include Copilot in your Microsoft 365 apps, including Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and more.

Please Note:  Copilot only works for the new Outlook; you must have AutoSave on for any Excel Files you create.

Getting Started with Microsoft Copilot - 3 Hours

This class includes an introduction to AI, setup instructions for Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, tips for maximizing productivity, and a comparison of different Copilot versions. Additionally, it covers effective use of prompts and strategies for integrating and querying Microsoft 365 Copilot with your files.

Enhancing Productivity with Microsoft 365 Copilot - 3 Hours

This three-course will assist users in streamlining their workflow and maximizing efficiencies using Copilot in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Teams. In this hands-on course, participants will actively engage with Copilot features, explore various functionalities, and complete practical exercises that simulate real-world tasks.

Everyday Productivity with Microsoft Copilot Agents

This one‑day course introduces Microsoft Copilot and custom Agents, showing how they can boost productivity across Microsoft 365. Participants explore real‑world use cases and learn best practices for building, customizing, and using Agents securely within a Canadian regulatory context.

Copilot in Excel (3 Hours)

This training course is designed to help users effectively integrate and utilize Copilot with Excel. Participants will learn how to use Copilot to create and format spreadsheets, analyze data, create charts, generate reports, collaborate on spreadsheets, and automate specific tasks within Excel.

 

Copilot in Outlook (3 Hours)

This training course is designed to help users effectively use Copilot with Outlook. Participants will learn how to use Copilot to draft emails, manage calendars, and handle tasks within Outlook.

 

Copilot in OneNote (3 Hours)

This training course is designed to help users effectively integrate and utilize Copilot with OneNote. Participants will learn how to use Copilot to create and organize notes, share and collaborate on notes, automate certain tasks within OneNote, and search for information within notes.

 

Copilot in PowerPoint (3 Hours)

This training course is designed to help users effectively integrate and utilize Copilot with PowerPoint. Participants will learn how to use Copilot to create engaging slides, design presentations, collaborate on presentations, and automate specific tasks within PowerPoint.

 

 

Copilot in Teams (3 Hours)

This course is designed to help users integrate and utilize Copilot with Microsoft Teams. Participants will learn how to draft messages, manage meetings, automate responses, and gain insights for upcoming meetings using Copilot.

 

 

Copilot in Word (3 Hours)

This training course is designed to help users effectively integrate and utilize Copilot with Word. Participants will learn how to use Copilot to create, edit, and format documents, collaborate on documents, and automate specific tasks within Word.

 

 

Not seeing Copilot after your IT Department has purchased the add-on license and assigned it to your Microsoft Account.

You will then need to restart your Applications

To complete exercises in the Copilot courses, each student must have access to a Microsoft 365 subscription (BYOS), licensed to use Copilot for Microsoft 365. Each student must also have a Microsoft OneDrive account since Copilot requires OneDrive to complete the file-sharing tasks.
