Thank you for your interest in learning more about Teams. Registration for sessions is now closed. As Skype will no longer be available as of July 1st, we are building a plan which will be shared on FLIP and Yammer in the upcoming two weeks.

Drop In: If you have already attended a training session or simply using Teams and have questions.
Stop by at any point during the session to share your concerns and queries. We will be answering questions, providing support, and presenting light walkthroughs on raised capabilities. Drop into a virtual Teams meeting and visit our Teams Expert on Friday, June 26 from 12:00pm – 4:00pm EST.

Practice & Support:
We have a series of internal and external resources available to our colleagues. These resources are a great way to learn on specific topics that interest you, refresh yourself on the basics, or to learn Teams at your own pace. Take advantage at any time – they are available 24/7.

  • Help in Teams: Find this button at the bottom left corner or simply type “/help” in your search bar in the Teams app. Navigate through the Help section to access support topics and training modules. You can also view what’s new, suggest a new feature, and give feedback to Microsoft.
  • Office 365 Resource Centre – For getting started guides, FAQ, and shortcuts to popular video showcases. Soon to be re-purposed with more exciting support content!
  • Microsoft Support – Enjoy full access to Microsoft’s support material, including videos, walkthroughs, tips, and trending topics.
