Microsoft Training: 3-Hour Live Instructor-Led Sessions (Excel,  OneDrive, Teams, Word and Planner)

This program is part of our ongoing corporate-wide training initiative and commitment to growing our collective knowledge.  By increasing our proficiency and understanding of best practices with our Microsoft tools we will become a more efficient as an organization, and ultimately be able to deliver even more value to our stakeholders.

Click on the session date to register for an upcoming Live three-hour instructor-led session.  There is a maximum of 15 students per session. Once a session is full you will no longer be able to register for that session.

Excel: Getting Started (3 Hours)
September 19 - 9:00 am - 12:00 pm

For those not previously introduced to Excel, this course is for you!    We will start you on your Excel journey by entering data, printing, formatting, and using sheet tabs. You may even pick up a few tips and shortcuts to impress co-workers working in Excel for years!

About: This Intermediate Microsoft Excel training class is meant for students who want to advance their skill set by learning to work with advanced formulas, pivot tables & charts.

Teams for Communication (3 Hours)

Word Intermediate (3 Hours)

Students in this Intermediate Word training class should already be able to create, edit, and print Word documents on Windows. In this Word class, students will learn advanced formatting, use Word drawing tools, create and manage tables, and work with column layouts.

Planner and Microsoft To Do (3 Hours)

Organize teamwork with intuitive, collaborative, visual task management. Get more work done with Planner. Create Kanban boards using content-rich tasks with features including files, checklists, and labels. Collaborate in Planner and Microsoft Teams and check visual status charts—all in the Microsoft cloud.

Getting Started with Microsoft OneDrive (3 Hours)

Learn how to use OneDrive for Business to keep files organized and accessible. This course teaches you how to upload, copy, delete, and download files and folders, and integrate with Office Online. Share and protect your files and folders easily with OneDrive.

Online/Virtual Instructor Led Class Requirements

Training is hands-on, you will require your own machine ready with audio/video capabilities and internet connection.
Class will be held via a Teams meeting with VOIP audio
You can get by with a single monitor, but two monitors are preferred.
