This course will provide new users, managers and business analysts with the core fundamental skills to work with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement. In this one-day class we’ll start with out-of-box functionality, getting hands-on experience working with the application and managing records. Take a closer look at central entities – Account, Contact, Opportunity, Lead, Case and their relationships and preview new features of Dynamics 365 for phones and tablets.
This course can help you prepare for exam MB2-717.
